We are Ideas Belong, a joint venture between Gilles Dubochet and Francesco Obino.

In addition, we control the following internet domains, which we may use for website redirections and additional email addresses:

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Your communications to us (including your email address)

Messages sent to one of our email addresses or using the contact form on our website are automatically stored. The stored message includes your email address as well as any personal data that you may have included.

We may also store messages sent to us using other tools when that communication is obviously intended to reach Ideas Belong (for example, using WhatsApp or a private email address).

We store your messages to help us provide you the services you have requested, and to better understand your business needs. We may also use your email address to contact you to ask for information or make business propositions.

Site usage

Whenever you access one of our web page, our server writes into a “log file”. It stores the date and time, the content you accessed, the type of your web brower, as well as your IP address. Your IP address is a number that identifies your internet connection. We will not attempt to identify you personally on the basis of your IP address.

If you do not wish your IP address to be stored, you should access our websites using a proxy.

We use log files to understand site usage in order to improve it.

Site usage data is automatically deleted within 12 months.

Personalisation cookies

We de not use cookies or other personalisation technologies on our website.

Our website can include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited the other website.

We do not share personal data, including your email address, with third parties without your prior consent.

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we keep your data

Your data may be stored on our team member’s computers. We do our best to ensure a high level of data security on these computers.

In addition, we use trusted cloud services to store and transfer files, including Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and Apple iCloud. Your personal data may be included in files stored on these services.

Our website and email servers are hosted by Gandi International, 7 rue des Mérovingien, 8075 Bartringen, Luxembourg.
